The ideal Paralegal will possess at least 1 year of family law or civil litigation experience in California and experience with discovery, calendaring deadlines, and court filings.Responsibilities include:Propounding and responding to discoveryCalendaring deadlinesPreparing petitions, disclosures, and other legal documentsHandling court filingsAssisting in trial preparationThis Paralegal will have a yearly billable requirement of 1200 hours.
