Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of the Windows 11 migration project.
- Provide technical support to end-users during the migration process, including troubleshooting installation issues, resolving compatibility problems, and answering technical questions.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed to prepare devices for Windows 11.
- Image and deploy Windows 11 operating systems to workstations and servers.
- Document and track project progress and any identified issues.
