We are in search of a File Clerk to aid us in our transition to a new electronic investigator system. Located in Anaheim, California, this role is primarily focused on the organization and migration of archival case studies. This contract employment opportunity will involve downloading and cross-referencing documents, ensuring their correct placement in our SharePoint system. Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate and efficient migration of files to the new system • Download archival case studies, which could range in size from 50 to 100 documents • Cross-reference documents to ensure they have been correctly downloaded and placed in SharePoint • Organize documents in an orderly manner within the system • Work across multiple sites, understanding that each may have different requirements • Carry out clerical duties with a high attention to detail • Maintain clear and effective correspondence throughout the process • Ensure no loss of files due to the discontinuation of the current system • Follow directions effectively and maintain good follow-up skills.
