This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is based in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.Responsibilities:• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer credit.• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to their financial accounts.• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on their status.• Manage and perform various accounting functions efficiently.• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks.• Perform auditing tasks and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.• Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as QuickBooks, Westlaw, and others to streamline financial operations.• Work with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Concur for better financial management.• Use ADP - Automatic Data Processing services for financial services.
