Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial operations within the company
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with company goals
- Conduct financial analysis to influence business decisions and strategy
- Collaborate with various teams to understand and support manufacturing processes
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to guide business operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage financial reporting and provide insights to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in the finance function and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance Director role or similar high-level financial position
- Proficiency in all aspects of corporate finance, developing financial strategies, and financial risk management
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and financial management software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Detail-oriented qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a bonus
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
