Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist with tons of room for growth in Miami, Florida. This role will primarily involve strategic financial planning and analysis across multiple companies within the industry. The workplace demands a detail-oriented individual who can handle various accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing credit applications from customers
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial trends and variances to inform strategic decision-making
• Overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial efficiency
• Utilizing advanced Excel skills for tasks such as sum if's ands, or's and macros
• Using Power BI for financial analysis and reporting
• Streamlining financial processes for improved efficiency and accuracy
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
• Preparing ad hoc financial reports and analyses for management decision-making
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Managing financial reporting for multiple companies to ensure accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform Accounting Functions with accuracy.
• Proven experience in creating and managing an Annual Budget.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes and their implementation.
• Ability to Analyze Variance and identify potential areas of improvement.
• Expertise in Budgeting and Forecasting, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Strong capability to Analyze Trends and make informed predictions.
• Understanding of Financial Trends and their impact on business strategy.
• Experience in performing Ad Hoc Financial Analysis to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
