Key Responsibilities:
- SEC Filings: Prepare, review, and submit quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery (Source: Robert Half internal job templates).
- Financial Reports: Conduct detailed analysis and prepare consolidated financial statements, including footnote disclosures.
- Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting standards, staying abreast of regulatory changes.
- Support Audits: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, assisting in audit procedures related to SEC filings and financial reporting.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, finance, and legal departments to facilitate smooth reporting processes.

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- 2 years experience in SEC reporting, financial accounting, or public accounting (Big Four experience considered a plus).
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and SOX compliance.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
