Responsibilities:• Answering and transferring phone calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system.• Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.• Assisting with the organization and execution of permanent staff orientations.• Handling and processing FedEx shipping and packaging needs.• Maintaining and restocking office supplies and snacks as required.• Running errands to the mailroom as needed.• Providing excellent customer service and concierge services to all guests and employees.• Efficiently managing data entry tasks and maintaining organized files.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks.• Assisting in the management and reservation of conference rooms.
