We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the educational sector. The position is in Clearwater, Florida, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining an inviting and organized environment for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure effective management of the lobby, kiosk, and play areas
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and assisting clients with online application and portal processes
  • Communicate information via mail, fax, and / or email to parents, providers, and partner agencies when necessary
  • Uphold client records by scanning and entering case notes into the portal and distributing documents as needed
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of operations
  • Utilize administrative skills to manage multi-line phone system and concierge services
  • Exercise proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for data entry and organizing files
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while working with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
  • Experience in providing Concierge Services
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Experience in Organizing Files effectively and efficiently
