Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective management of the lobby, kiosk, and play areas
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and assisting clients with online application and portal processes
- Communicate information via mail, fax, and / or email to parents, providers, and partner agencies when necessary
- Uphold client records by scanning and entering case notes into the portal and distributing documents as needed
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of operations
- Utilize administrative skills to manage multi-line phone system and concierge services
- Exercise proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for data entry and organizing files
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while working with families from diverse backgrounds.
