Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator at a client in Mission, Kansas, United States. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for assisting with the management of office operations, facilitating communication among the CEO, Senior Leaders, and other departments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individuals.
  • Aid in scheduling for CEO and other executives, including services for board meetings and other office functions.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for senior leadership as necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and supplies of common spaces, including managing common space schedules.
  • Facilitate communication between CEO, Senior Leaders, and other departments, acting as a bridge for efficient communication.
  • Understand and analyze company data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Submit work orders, schedule repairs for general office space and equipment, and coordinate repairs for our corporate offices and service centers as needed.
  • Manage the ordering of office supplies for all company facilities, including corporate offices and service centers.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
  • Proven ability to provide Concierge Services
  • Strong background in Customer Service
  • Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience in Organizing Files efficiently
  • Familiarity with Receptionist Duties
