Must be bilingual in Spanish.Responsibilities: • Professionally greet, assist and direct visitors, employees, and clients.• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are efficiently directed to the appropriate departments.• Keep the reception area clean and organized to maintain a welcoming environment.• Support the Human Resources department through preparation of new permanent paperwork and scheduling of orientations.• Maintain and update employee records, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.• Assist in the coordination of company events, training sessions, and meetings as directed by the Human Resources department.• Oversee office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.• Contribute to payroll preparation and maintaining timekeeping records as required.• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.• Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Human Resources department.
