Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication by answering multi-line phone system
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Uphold a detail-oriented environment, acting as the first point of interaction for visitors
- Update and maintain accurate records in the customer database
- Engage in interpersonal interactions, fostering positive relationships with clients and staff
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, hospitals is desired
- Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems is a must.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service is required.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of basic administrative functions and software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus.
