Job Title: Temp Contractor – Fiscal Services & Accounting Transition Support (Frontline Time & Attendance Conversion)Location: Inglewood, CAEmployment Type: Temporary (Through Summer 2025)Pay Rate: Open W Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temp Contractor to assist our Fiscal Services and Accounting team with the transition and conversion to Frontline, a Time and Attendance software platform. This system conversion is associated with LACOE (Los Angeles County Office of Education) and involves integrating the new platform into existing time and attendance processes. The position will focus on ensuring data accuracy, smooth implementation, and successful adoption of the system. This temporary role will be based in Inglewood, CA, and is expected to last through summer 2025. e Responsibilities:As a Temp Contractor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:Data Transition & Integration:Audit and validate existing employee time and attendance records for accuracy before migration.Assist with transferring timekeeping data into the Frontline system, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and accounting.Identify and resolve discrepancies in time and attendance data during the migration process.System Implementation Support:Provide administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth setup and customization of the Frontline platform in alignment with LACOE requirements.Test and troubleshoot the functionality of the new system to ensure alignment with accounting and payroll processes.Work with the implementation team to document system workflows and time-tracking procedures.Employee Assistance & Training:Help employees with the transition by assisting with profile setup, troubleshooting system issues, and answering questions about the new time and attendance platform.Create and distribute training materials, such as guides or FAQs, to support user adoption.Communication & Coordination:Act as a liaison between the accounting team, IT department, LACOE, and Frontline implementation specialists to coordinate project deliverables.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks.General Administrative Support:Organize and maintain records related to the transition project.Provide clerical support for fiscal and accounting teams as needed during the conversion process.Assist with timecard reviews, corrections, and ensuring data compliance with policies.
