Responsibilities
- Assemble client-specific payroll packages ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Comply with security and audit procedures to protect client information
- Complete package confirmations and checklists for accurate tracking of package flow and location
- Record and escalate issues to avoid incorrect or missing output
- Maintain readiness of distribution equipment through regular cleaning and user maintenance
- Stage packaging supplies to ensure production readiness
- Handle multiple tasks without compromising the quality or integrity of the package
- Proficient in understanding and applying procedures and policies related to payroll services.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and management.
- Ability to ensure quality control in all payroll related processes.
- Familiarity with 'About Time' software or similar time tracking tools.
- Experience in a production environment, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of security measures related to sensitive payroll information.
- Excellent written communication skills for correspondence with various departments and clients.
- Ability to handle confirmations of payroll transactions and adjustments.
- Experience in tracking and resolving issues related to missing invoices.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office Suite and payroll software.
- Familiarity with packaging components of payroll services for clients.
- Experience in creating and implementing audit plans for payroll processes.
- Ability to create and follow checklists for payroll tasks to ensure thoroughness.
- Proven ability to multi-task, managing several payroll functions simultaneously.
