We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all accounting functions for our real estate/property management operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in real estate or property management accounting and a strong background in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, and General Ledger management.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)• Regular use of Yardi Property Management software • Comprehensive data entry tasks to maintain accurate records• Conducting General Ledger operations• Preparation and processing of Journal Entries• Execution of Month End Close procedures• Preparation of Financial Statements• Reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate accounting records.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
