Responsibilities: • Efficiently managing accounting tasks specific to the construction industry• Tracking job costs and retention • Generating WIP reports • Handling AIA billing processes• Using QuickBooks for various accounting tasks• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable• Conducting annual budget and cash flow analysis• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems for various tasks• Ensuring accuracy in all accounting functions• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC)• Maintaining computerized accounting systems.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
