As a Financial Project Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and accounting tasks, providing expertise for interim engagements and business-critical projects. This role offers a fixed-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle accounting tasks, including month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.• Oversee fixed asset management, including creating and maintaining depreciation schedules.• Conduct variance analysis and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.• Assist in budget preparation and financial statement preparation.• Implement and monitor internal controls, including risk assessments.• Provide support for tax tasks, including sales & use, property, payroll, and corporate taxes.• Assist in audit support and compliance, including implementing changes in professional standards.• Document and improve procedures, policies, and processes.• Manage grants and conduct cost accounting tasks.• Utilize skills in financial modeling and data visualization.• Implement and manage ERP System.
