Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage capital calls and distributions within the fund• Maintain and handle fund financials with high accuracy• Leverage knowledge of Private Equity and Venture Capital in fund control operations• Utilize auditing skills to ensure financial compliance and accuracy• Implement budget processes and capital management strategies for fund efficiency• Monitor and manage cash activity within the fund• Apply expertise in Private Equity Fund practices when controlling the fund• Use Power BI to analyze and present financial data• Apply Venture Capital knowledge to improve fund operations• Leverage CPA skills, if available, for enhanced fund controlling.
