We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in the manufacturing industry, based in Lombard, Illinois, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative tasks, including processing email requests, compiling reports, and maintaining communication within the company.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handle email requests related to Affidavit submissions• Regularly update and maintain reports on Affidavit submissions and hearing requests for management review• Regularly check and respond to work emails and other company communication channels• Manage the scanning and processing of documents on a daily basis• Respond to written correspondence from various departments within the company• Report any escalated issues to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner• Perform additional duties as assigned or in the absence of the Mail Operations Supervisor• Use Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for various tasks• Organize files and schedule appointments as required• Carry out shipping functions when necessary.Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
