Responsibilities Include
- Employee Relations
- Policy Creation and Maintain an up-to-date employee handbook.
- Oversee employee benefits, including medical, PTO, 401(k), and payroll accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll while adhering to tax and labor laws.
- Manage employee records and oversee compliance processes.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and foster a positive company culture.
- Administer feedback systems and recognition programs.
- Ensure adherence to international labor laws and update policies as needed.
- Lead and mentor a global HR team in the U.S. and Middle East.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in global compliance, managing international teams.
- Ability to travel overseas.
- Strong expertise in employee wellbeing, policy development, and performance management.
- HR certifications (PHR/SPHR)
