A rapidly growing E-Commerce company based out of Monmouth County, NJ is looking to add a Global HR Director to their team. The Global HR Director will be responsible for overseeing and driving the global HR strategy and operations to foster a positive, harmonious, and compliant work environment. This position will focus on ensuring that employee wellbeing, engagement, and performance are aligned with the company’s values, policies, and local laws. The HR Director will lead a team, manage company-wide policies, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure adherence to state, federal, and global compliance requirements. This role also requires the Director to ensure that all HR-related systems, processes, and initiatives contribute to the company’s culture and long-term business objectives.

- Must have global HR experience and experience leading international HR teams (Pakistan, Philippines, Dominican Republic would be preferred but open to other locations)
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., medical insurance, PTO, 401(k), etc.) and ensure alignment with company values.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including ensuring compliance with local tax laws and handling discrepancies.
- Oversee the compliance of payroll administration, ensuring all legal requirements and company policies are met.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international labor laws across all regions where the company operates.
- Ensure the HR team is knowledgeable about both local and international HR compliance requirements, especially with respect to payroll, benefits, and employee rights.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 9 HR professionals in the U.S, Pakistan, and the Philippines, ensuring high morale, unity, and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience
- Extensive experience in managing both global and local HR compliance, especially regarding payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong expertise in employee wellbeing, benefits administration, performance management, and policy development.
- Proven experience managing international teams and navigating the complexities of diverse cultural and legal environments.
