Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of grants, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to grantors in compliance with funding requirements.
- Monitor grant expenditures to ensure alignment with budget restrictions and funding guidelines.
- Assist in grant proposal budgeting and financial planning.
- Reconcile grant-related accounts and assist with audits as needed.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure proper allocation of funds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of grant accounting principles and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
