As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to end users, setting up necessary hardware and software, and maintaining the overall functionality of our company applications.Responsibilities: • Deliver technical assistance on a variety of software applications to all end users, tackling issues related to Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office, operating systems, and internal company application accessibility. • Facilitate the setup of printers, copier/scanners, and internet routers, ensuring users are appropriately connected.• Be actively involved in the installation of operating systems and standard desktop applications as per requirements.• Respond to AV needs in huddle spaces and conference rooms promptly and efficiently.• Equip company training meetings with necessary hardware and software setups.• Ensure regular, timely, and predictable attendance to provide consistent support.• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.• Leverage skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments to enhance work output and efficiency.
