In this role, you will be tasked with managing IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and software applications.Responsibilities:• Address IT support requests through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software for end users• Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications• Address network connectivity issues and abide by security protocols• Log all support interactions and solutions in the help desk ticketing system• Carry out routine maintenance tasks like updates and backups of systems• Impart training and guidance to users on diverse technologies and applications• Manage configuration management and deployments• Work with various technologies such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, and Computer Hardware.
