We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I. The role is located in WINDSOR, Connecticut, United States. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be responsible for providing both onsite and remote technical support to a diverse group of users, working closely within a small IT support team.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to onsite and remote users, addressing and resolving queries and issues efficiently
Collaborate effectively within a small IT support team to ensure seamless IT operations
Utilize your proficiency in Windows and Windows 10 to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Deliver deskside support as needed, enhancing user experience and system functionality
Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in Windows operating system is essential.
Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system is required.
The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues is necessary.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively assist users.
The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
It's important for the applicant to have strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes would be advantageous.
The ability to work well within a team and independently is required.
