This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Utilize ConnectWise Automate for efficient remote access• Provide support to both corporate and remote teams across various sites• Ensure seamless communication using tools like the Microsoft 365 suite, Zoom phone, and Yardi• Leverage your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies to resolve technical issues• Manage and maintain various devices including Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Apple Devices• Execute tasks related to Configuration Management and Deployments• Maintain Active Directory, ensuring accurate and updated information• Handle all aspects of Computer Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
