As the main point of contact for IT-related concerns, you will be delivering personalized assistance, troubleshooting, and technical solutions.Responsibilities:• Address urgent IT issues by providing on-site, concierge-style support.• Deliver personalized technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting problems related to devices, software, and networks.• Coordinate with external IT consultants for extra tech support, including firewall management and system file maintenance.• Handle daily tech problems, including solving device malfunctions, setting up databases, and rectifying system discrepancies.• Act as an intermediary between staff and the IT consultant to prioritize crucial tech needs.• Assist with the equipment setup for new team members, ensuring smooth onboarding and correct tech configurations.• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the overall IT environment for all staff members, ensuring an efficient work setting.• Provide technical support to staff, addressing issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments.
