MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to address a wide range of technical issues.
· Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and manage user accounts, including rights and security.
· Assist users with technical issues related to network, computers, cell phones, tablets, and software: Provide VPN, Remote Support when needed.
· Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 11,10, & 7)
· Expert Microsoft Office products (O365), Office Suite knowledge
· Provide technical support for Meetings, scheduled conference room events.
· Windows server administration (GPO scripts, Password Resets)
· People-oriented- enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Technical expertise in hardware and software systems, understanding of user account management, and knowledge of security protocols.
· Ability to keep detailed documentation, understanding of when and how to upgrade or replace systems, and knowledge of different hardware and software (Desktop and Laptop
· Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge of various devices and software
· Perform updates to Windows operating system and BIOS on Desktops and laptops. In addition to 3rd Party application
· Configure systems and applications for onboarding. Deactivate and inventory systems as required.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
· Other duties as deem necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associates degree desired or 2 years of experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, Cloud Technology , Scripting, and/or Cybersecurity a plus.
