We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Associate to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for corporate offices and other locations, ensuring seamless operations. This position requires expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11, as well as Microsoft 365 Enterprise.Responsibilities:• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users across corporate and remote locations.• Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and client hardware.• Provide troubleshooting and support for company handsets and related devices.• Manage and resolve technical incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal user downtime.• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications.• Perform updates and maintenance for systems running Windows 10 and Windows 11.• Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge-sharing within the team.• Proactively monitor systems and address potential technical challenges.• Collaborate with team members to improve help desk processes and procedures.• Ensure excellent customer service when addressing user concerns.
