As a key member of our managed service provider (MSP) team, you will help define a great company culture built on Excellence, Ingenuity, and Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as necessary
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist with the deployment of new systems and technologies
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in an MSP environment
- A and/or Network certification a plus
Required knowledge and skills:
- In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with a variety of hardware and software technologies
- Practical interpersonal skills and strong communication skills with a user-friendly language
