Help Desk Technician - MSP

Are you inventive, committed, and passionate about IT, security, and customer service? We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk Technician. 


As a key member of our managed service provider (MSP) team, you will help define a great company culture built on Excellence, Ingenuity, and Service.  


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools 
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as necessary 
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation 
  • Assist with the deployment of new systems and technologies 
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support


Qualifications:


  • 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in an MSP environment
  • A and/or Network certification a plus


Required knowledge and skills:


  • In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Familiarity with a variety of hardware and software technologies 
  • Practical interpersonal skills and strong communication skills with a user-friendly language
