Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Help Desk Analyst in Florence, South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and managing customer service inquiries. Your duties will also include handling ticketing systems, data entry tasks, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient phone and email support to customers.
Troubleshoot and repair printer hardware issues.
Handle software and hardware troubleshooting, utilizing Microsoft and Network Troubleshooting skills.
Manage ticketing systems and support tickets to ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
Engage in data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct inventory and asset management, keeping track of all hardware and software assets.
Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing all customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
Manage and process claims as necessary.
Ensure the smooth operation of Windows OS across all systems.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware
Ability to conduct hardware troubleshooting
Skilled in network troubleshooting
Competency in basic troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with printer hardware and ability to resolve printer problems
Experience using a ticketing system for tracking and resolving issues
Ability to effectively manage and resolve support tickets
