We are searching for a proficient Help Desk Analyst to join our team in JENKINTOWN, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive tech support, primarily onsite, to end-users, handling workstation setups, and managing our Google Workspace. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Offer hands-on tech support, addressing issues related to printers, touchscreens, peripherals, and more.• Administer and manage our Google Workspace, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues.• Handle workstation setups, ensuring all necessary hardware and software are installed and functioning correctly.• Utilize the Spiceworks ticketing system to manage and resolve tech support requests.• Provide support for Windows OS-based systems, which make up 90% of our systems, as well as a small number of Mac/Apple devices.• Display innovative problem-solving skills, including the ability to research solutions online when necessary.• Contribute to classroom support, ensuring all tech requirements for academic activities are met.• Maintain familiarity with Chrome for optimal support and troubleshooting.• Provide support for Ubiquity hardware and network management.• Maintain some level of familiarity with virtual servers for optimal support and troubleshooting.
