We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Help Desk Analyst in the Cibolo, Texas area. In this role, you will be providing first-level technical support, managing our Helpdesk system, and keeping track of our hardware and software inventory. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain and update our technical documentation.Responsibilities:• Provide first-level support for a variety of hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting• Efficiently manage the Helpdesk system, including assigning tickets and generating monthly incident and request reports• Maintain and update technical documentation for all supported devices and systems• Configure and support devices such as handy terminals, label printers, printers, ensuring they are operational and meet company needs• Keep track of hardware and software inventory to ensure all items are accounted for and up to date• Provide end users with a detail oriented and empathetic source for problem resolution• Leverage Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments skills to effectively manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
