This role is within the industry and will be stationed in a bustling workplace environment.Responsibilities:• Provide stellar customer service and hospitality support during meetings, lunches, breakfasts, and other events.• Manage the front desk, receiving any client guests arriving for scheduled meetings.• Work closely with vendors to ensure the smooth running of events and conferences.• Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen and catering areas.• Keep track of catering supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.• Set-up conference rooms according to the daily schedule, including audio/visual equipment, furniture configuration, and food/beverages.• Clean up conference rooms after use and return property to vendors if necessary.• Tackle multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing work to ensure efficiency.• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.• Participate in training processes and quickly adapt to new responsibilities and tasks.
