HR | Accounting - Office Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76107
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to oversee key HR and operational functions at our Fort Worth office. This role will focus on managing talent, employee relations, and office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Talent Management & Development: Support the development and growth of employees by identifying training needs, coordinating professional development programs, and assisting with performance reviews. Foster a positive work environment that encourages career growth and employee satisfaction.
- Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee relations, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company culture. Serve as a resource for employees and leadership on HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration & PTO Tracking: Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate records and timely enrollment. Manage Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure employees are trained on company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Operations:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to support project success, ensuring goals are met and operational processes run smoothly.
- Assist with general office management, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in HR, office administration, or operations
- Understanding of operational accounting functions. AP/AR
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
