In this role, the HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for enforcing company policies and practices, maintaining compliancy, coordinating recruiting efforts, assisting with training and development, tracking application/interview status, conducting new hire onboarding, assisting with annual audits, owing the administration of the company’s compensation and benefit plans, handling termination documents, monitor and track employee PTO, and processing multi-state correspondence for unemployment and disability. The ideal candidate for this role should have thorough understanding of general human resources policies/procedures, employment-related laws and regulations and the ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal HR Admin Assistant will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Other requirements for the HR Admin Assistant role include and are not limited to:
- 2 years administrative/human resources experience
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
