We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Analyst to join our team in the Financial Services industry, located in Orlando, Florida. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including running reports, assisting with budgeting, and tracking headcounts.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts
- Handle headcount tracking and report generation
- Assist with budget management and forecasting activities
- Participate in compensation benchmarking and the creation of TCC Sheets for making offers
- Contribute to the maintenance and management of internal tools and SAP
- Prepare and manage HR Dashboard focusing on DEI, Turnover, Recruiting, etc.
- Conduct accruals / forecasting for Bonus, Profit Sharing, Bermuda Taxes, and Labor Allocation
- Coordinate and execute various reports including Change Report, Spot bonus, Turnover / New Permanent Report, and Payroll Team Audit
- Participate in a weighted salaries project for internal project in September
- Possibly assist with PwC Survey.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Management Systems
- Solid understanding and knowledge of Compensation Law
- Proven ability to carry out Forecast Activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
