Job Title: HR Analyst
Location: Orlando, Florida (On-site or Hybrid, as applicable)
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role is pivotal in supporting core HR functions, including payroll processing, candidate screening, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, people-focused, and passionate about building a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution from our two main offices, manage employee compensation data, and coordinate with finance for reporting and compliance
- Talent Acquisition: Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and support offboarding processes, including exit interviews
- Policy Management: Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and internal communications
- Employee Feedback & Engagement: Support initiatives to collect, analyze, and act on employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction and culture
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR databases and generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction
- Compliance & Records Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations; maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Training & Development Support: Assist in coordinating training programs and tracking participation and effectiveness
- HR Projects: Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives aimed at improving systems, processes, and the overall employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in HR or a related role, preferably with exposure to payroll and full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of employment laws, payroll procedures, and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate actionable insights

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
