We are in search of a meticulous HR Coordinator to become part of our team in the manufacturing industry. The role is based in Mason, Ohio and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an HR Coordinator, your tasks will revolve around the efficient management of employee records, recruitment support, and addressing employee inquiries, along with other administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the precise preparation of new permanent employee documentation
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including electronic filing, creating correspondence, forms, and reports
- Uphold the integrity of personnel, employee, and recruitment records through establishment, maintenance, and control
- Offer recruitment support for different roles within the organization
- Ensure accurate data entry into the HRIS system
- Act as a point of contact for employee requests and questions, delivering high-quality customer service
- Handle Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, oversee E-Verify reporting, and ensure compliance
- Manage the processing of employment verifications and support orders
- Utilize skills in Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Possess strong skills in Auditing, ensuring the compliance of HR policies and procedures within the company.
- Proficient in conducting Background Checks, ensuring the credibility and reliability of potential employees.
- Experienced in managing Benefit Functions, including payroll, retirement plans, and insurance policies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization.
