In partnership with Robert Half, our client searching for a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. They are making a huge impact in the market and across the Northeast and a household name for many! This role requires being hands on and being an integral part of the HR team on a corporate and regional level and have diverse responsible that are both tactical and strategic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily HR operations- talent acquisition, benefits administration, operations, HRIS, employee relations
• Partner with HR leadership team to collaborate on HR best practices, business performance, retention strategy, employee engagement.
•Stay updated with compliance requirements specific to states and entities.
• Employee relations- supporting managers, partners and employees to resolve issues, share best practices, and adhere to policy
• Act as a liaison with recruitment for onboarding, assessing staffing decisions, employee activities
• Performance management and evaluation.
• HR reporting for a corporate level
• Lead training and development for managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working in a multi-site environment preferred, or relative experience working in a fast paced environment that has a few hundred employees.
• Technical and analytical skills

• Familiarity with HRIS software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
