This role involves thorough monitoring and management of customer accounts.Responsibilities:Lead hourly recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers to fill production roles.Manage the onboarding process, including I-9 verification, drug screens, and new hire documentation.Assist in benefits enrollment and administration for new hires.Utilize ADP for HRIS management, handling employee data, reporting, and compliance.Generate HR-related reports from ADP and SuccessFactors to support business decisions.Use Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables) to analyze HR data and trends.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.Support HR compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws.Partner with managers to address workforce concerns and employee development needs.
