This position offers a salary of $75,000-$90,000 annually plus a full benefits package.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) system• Handle various benefit functions, ensuring they are well coordinated• Foster and maintain good employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise• Ensure compliance with various labor and employment regulations• Manage and resolve Union Grievances effectively• Handle Union Contracts, ensuring they are up to date and complied with• Oversee the collection and management of Union Dues• Prepare and present Union Reports as required• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
