Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the functionality of the ADP Workforce Now system
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Foster and nurture positive employee relations
- Utilize the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient and effective data transfer
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Oversee and manage Benefit Functions within the organization
- Handle FMLA related queries and processes, ensuring legal compliance and employee satisfaction
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required within the HR department.
- Must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, which includes managing financial data and generating reports.
- Should be experienced in using ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management tasks.
- Needs to have knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective data transfer.
- Ceridian software knowledge is essential for managing HR duties including payroll, benefits, and workforce management.
- Familiarity with Dayforce for employee management and real-time access to data is required.
- Expected to have a sound understanding of Benefit Functions to manage employee benefits effectively.
- Strong Communication skills are necessary to interact with employees and management.
- Compliance knowledge is crucial to ensure company policies align with federal and state laws.
- Must be able to manage Employee Relations effectively, which includes resolving disputes and promoting a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is required to manage employee leaves and absences effectively.
