We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team based in Agoura Hills, California. In your role as an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of functions including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Undertake recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates• Oversee the onboarding process, facilitating new permanent orientation and assisting with training and integration• Coordinate hiring processes and liaise with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs• Maintain up-to-date employee records• Support benefits administration and process HR documentation• Assist with compliance measures and policy enforcement• Employ communication skills to foster positive employee relations• Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various HR functions• Handle issues related to Benefit Functions and FMLA.
