As a HR Generalist, you will be involved in various HR functions, like HR strategy formulation, implementation of HR systems, managing employee relations, administering payroll, recruitment processes, compliance adherence and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities:• Administering payroll services, ensuring accuracy and promptness.• Formulating procedural guides and creating an HR Guide for departmental use.• Overseeing employee benefits enrollment, compliance, and communication during open enrollment periods.• Developing and executing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.• Reviewing and revising company policies and procedures to ensure compliant practices.• Leading the deployment and configuration of HRIS systems for efficient onboarding and performance management processes.• Streamlining the recruitment pipeline through technology and strategy integration.• Serving as a trusted resource for employee relations, fostering a culture of support and collaboration.• Integrating applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment activities and candidate tracking.• Supporting performance management processes to promote continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
