We are searching for a diligent HR Recruiter to join our clients' team in BAYTOWN, Texas. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the HR team by handling various tasks related to recruitment. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity and is 100% onsite.Responsibilities:• Reviewing resumes meticulously to shortlist potential candidates • Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates • Posting job openings on various job boards to attract suitable candidates• Proficiently using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer• Leveraging Indeed, LinkedIn, TWC & Careerbuilder for posting jobs and sourcing candidates• Using CRM to manage interactions with potential and current candidates• Utilizing Applicant Track System for streamlining the recruitment process• Conducting Background Checks to ensure the credibility of potential candidates• Exhibiting strong Communication skills in all interactions with candidates and team members.
