The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process—from initial intake through offer acceptance—while delivering a top-tier candidate and hiring manager experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.Source candidates using job boards, networking, social media, and other creative methods.Schedule and conduct interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring managers through decision-making.Extend offers and facilitate pre-employment steps.Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide consistent communication and a seamless experience for all candidates.
