HR Recruiter

Salary: $30.00 to $38.00 hourly

Description

We are seeking a HR Recruiter for a 6 month contract in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. In this role, you will be managing a high volume of open requisitions, conducting full cycle recruiting for non-clinical positions, utilizing on-demand video interviews, and overseeing the offer process for a busy local healthcare institution.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle a significant number of open requisitions simultaneously.
• Conduct comprehensive recruiting for non-clinical positions like Patient Access, Customer Service, Administrative, Front Desk, etc.
• Utilize on-demand video interviews and self-scheduling tools for efficient recruitment.
• Actively participate in the offer process, ensuring smooth transition to background and compliance checks.
• Leverage CRM and Applicant Track System for managing dashboard for openings.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of background checks.
• Uphold excellent communication standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient recruitment operations.
• Use Careerbuilder and About Time tools for effective talent acquisition.
• Manage benefit functions as part of the recruitment process.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Must have knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience using Careerbuilder is essential
• Proficiency in CRM is a must
• Knowledge of About Time is required
• Experience with Applicant Track System is essential
• Ability to conduct Background Checks is necessary
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is required
