HR Recruiter

Salary: $29.69 to $34.38 hourly

Description

We are in the process of expanding our team with a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter. This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and will be mainly focused on the Education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for various educational roles such as teachers, instructional staff, and school-based support roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school principals, HR leaders, and department heads to pinpoint current and prospective staffing needs.
• Formulate and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-notch teaching and school-based talent.
• Advertise job vacancies across various platforms, including education-specific boards and social media.
• Perform resume screening, conduct phone interviews, and arrange interviews with school leadership.
• Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand roles such as certified teachers, special education staff, and paraprofessionals.
• Participate in and represent the school network/district at events like job fairs, college recruiting events, and education conferences.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
• Keep up-to-date with teacher certification requirements and education industry hiring trends.
• Aid in onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficiency in CRM
• Experience with About Time software
• Proficiency in Applicant Track System
• Prior experience conducting Background Checks
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite
