In this role, you will be working in the HR team, primarily focusing on managing data, supporting HR plans, and resolving ER issues. Responsibilities: • Implementing HR plans and programs, including salary step progressions and data analytics.• Communicating proactively with employees and managers about HR policies, practices, and key HR programs.• Resolving straightforward ER issues independently and assisting in resolving moderately complex ER issues.• Managing data, which includes processing workflow changes in Workday, auditing data, data uploads, and data correction workflows.• Maintaining measurement systems and analyzing data to assess the impact of HR programs.• Making recommendations to management based on analytical data insights.• Building strong relationships within the team and with other departments.• Using technology application and analytical skills to improve HR administration and planning processes.
